Location: Madaba routes: Our summer base. Flat, quiet and peacefull smaller roads between green farms. Suitable for beginners and intermediates.
(Levels 1 & 2)
Two departure times  7:00 a.m.

Advanced group leave from cycling-jordan bike shop off Mekka Street towards Madaba farm.  

Regular diders: Meet 8:00 a.m Return 12:00
Transportation provided

All cyclists gather at the Madaba farm for a special breakfast at 11:00

Location: Wasfi al Forest Routes: Ride through one special pine forest near Amman. Mostly off-road, suitable for intermediates and advanced.

Location I TheEastern Desert Adventure: This is the trip a lot of people have been waiting for. 70 K’s on well-packed desert routes. Visit and rest where the Ummayds built their famous desert lodges, Qasr Amra, Kharaneh and Tuba. An endurance ride on flat, off-road terrain, bus from Amman & return , pickup truck follows all the way. Please email us for details

    Hi John & welcome to cycling-jordan
    there will be 2 rides on Friday, the 27th: Madaba routes (levels 1&2),
    meet Safeway to go from there to private farm and ride for 1-2 hours on smaller roads

    II. Wasfi Tal forest (level 2-3), also meet infront of Safeway 7th circle, take a bus for 30 minutes
    and ride around one intact forest for 2-3 hours, mostly on dirt roads.

    There will be 2 rides Friday 24th - Around the farm in Madaba for first-comers and beginners as well as the ride to Mount Nebo which is longer and a bit challenging. Hope you/your friends can join. Saad

    Yes, you can bring your own bikes but wait till you see the ones we have! which are excellent.
    For this Friday, the rides around the farm are for beginners and intermediates. Meet at the shop off mekka street at 8:00, take the bus to private farm, ride around there for 20 or 30 K’s return to amman by 12:00 ( I will email you a copy of the shop directions)
